What to Expect When You Shop Cannabis In-Store in Melrose
Walking into BX Buddiez for cannabis in-store shopping in Melrose feels more like stepping into a welcoming neighborhood shop than a clinical dispensary. The space is laid out so you can browse at your own pace—glass cases and shelves display flower jars, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, edibles, tinctures, and concentrates, each clearly labeled with strain and potency. The vibe is relaxed, with soft lighting and a clean, modern look that puts first-timers at ease.
Our budtenders are the heart of the experience. They're trained to listen first—whether you're looking for something to help you sleep, ease anxiety, or just unwind on a Saturday. They'll ask about your experience level, preferred effects, and how you like to consume, then guide you to products that fit. You're never rushed, and you're free to ask as many questions as you need. Many visitors tell us they learn something new every time they come in.
In-store shopping also means you can see and, in some cases, smell the flower before you commit. You can compare strains side by side, check terpene profiles, and get a feel for the texture and cure. It's a sensory experience that online menus can't fully capture. And because we're licensed by New York State, you know everything on our shelves has passed testing for purity and potency.
If you're new to cannabis or just new to Melrose, consider this your invitation to explore. Our team is here to help you find exactly what you need, whether that's a classic hybrid flower, a discreet vape pen, or a low-dose edible for your first time. Stop by 2935 3rd Ave., and see why so many locals prefer shopping in person.

Melrose Place
Melrose Place is a classic American television drama that aired in the 1990s, following a group of young adults living in a West Hollywood apartment complex. Created by Darren Star and produced by Aaron Spelling, it became a cultural touchstone for its dramatic storylines and memorable characters. The show ran for seven seasons and earned several Golden Globe nominations, cementing its place in pop culture history. While the Melrose neighborhood in the Bronx is a real place with its own vibrant character, the name might evoke that same sense of community and connection. Whether you're a fan of the show or just looking for a great dispensary, you'll find a welcoming spot at BX Buddiez.
